Your mission: manage the personnel administration for our employees from Austria, Germany & Netherlands.
What will the role entail?
-Have frequent contact with our different payrolls providers, doing the agreements for our employees, informing about the new hires, resignations, change of stores and other relevant information such as weekly hours, illnesses, etc.
-Manage end-to-end payroll administration part from Austria, Germany & Netherlands: receiving the doubts of our employees and solving them.
-Calculate commissions & bonus of our different group brands.
-Maintain and update the database in our program Success Factors (SAP).
-Liaise with Finance to process payments.
-Do general reports of the main area KPI’s.
Who will you report to?
Payroll & Administration Senior Manager
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Education level required
-University degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, or similar
-Advanced/Native German level
-Advanced English level
-Intermediate Spanish level
Technical skills required
-Advanced Microsoft Excel
-Valuable SAP Success Factors
