Customer Care (German / Dutch) - Barcelona
At Netquest we are looking for a talented Customer Care (German / Dutch) with a passion for technology to join our Panel Care team. Your mission will be to attend to our panelist community and ensure they are well taken care of. At Netquest, you will be able to be a part of a global company that is a pioneer in behavioral data, with over 2 million consumers to its name and a leader in panel retention.
You responsibilities will be:
-Respond to panelist doubts or requests regarding their accounts, surveys or incentives for participation.
-Answer panelist petitions for assistance, suggestions or complaints by email or/and social networks. Additionally, follow up and report issues to relevant teams to improve experience.
-Achieve panelist loyalty & retention by being involved in every step of the experience process and communication.
You are the right candidate if ...
-You have a Bachelor degree completed
-You have a native Dutch or German languages
-You enjoy communication and have a passion for reading and writing
-You are a quality and detail oriented person
-You have a genuine interest in market research and enthusiasm for online communities
-You’re adaptable, flexible in an international and fast-paced environment
-You take initiative
Ideally, you will also have:
-Good level of Spanish
-Sociology degree or similar.
