Pronovias Group, global leader in luxury bridal sector, is seeking a new customer service and collections agent to manage the Brazil market.

-Control, claim and monitoring of the accounts receivable statements, both credit customers and prepaid customers.
-Review of credit limits according to the company's credit policies and customer history.
-Coordination and resolution of incidents with the departments involved (Customer Service, logistics, commercial, etc.).
-Management of the portfolio of retained orders.
-Accounting for customer payments.
-Secure and execute billing.
-Opening and maintenance of customer accounts in the system.
-Report preparation of the assigned market.
-Contact with sales representatives.
-Assistance to annual sales conventions for support.


-Previous experience in credit collection and/or customer service functions.
-Valuable Diploma in Business Administration or Bachelor of Business Administration and Management.
-Available to work from Monday to Friday from 15.00- 23.00
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
-Fluent Portuguese/Brazilian level, Fluent English or Spanish
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
-Positive attitude.
-Passion for Fashion.
